For this taco we cube pork from happy pigs, Cabron. Only happy pigs. Then we slowly cook that pork with love. And fat. The resulting fragrant, crispy-on-the-outside, tender-and-moist-on-the-inside meat earns the title “Carnitas”
As with all of our tacos, the filling is served on two steaming-hot, homemade soft flour tortillas. Raw white onion and cilantro is sprinkled over the top. Garnished with lime wedges and radish slices. Buen provecho, Cabron!
